Portmaster 2e/routing problem ?

Our users are successful at connecting to our portmaster 2e but then
cannot reach anything outside our domain. Our portmaster 2e is
configured to point to our portmaster 2eR in the global configuration
specification "IP Gateway". Do I also need to specify a static route?

Strange. I can telnet to our portmaster 2e and then "ping" anything
outside our domain. DNS is configured.

Any ideas?
