Easiest way to upgrade ROM? (fwd)

You can upgrade without affecting your config. It isn't a bad idea to
back it up, but you shouldn't need to.

The Linux software is in beta, and seems to be having some problems with
upgrading for some people. I'd avoid it. The PMconsole for Windows has
been released and seems to be ok (a couple of minor bugs reported, nothing
catastrophic that I've seen) - I'd use that.

You would read the config with it, that would create a binary file. YOu
would use the upgrade feature to upgrade the software with the new image from
our FTP site. Then you can do the same with the binary file you created.
