1. you need to add the netmask to the netmask table.

Command> add netmask xxx.xxx.xxx.0 255.255.255.240

where xxx.xxx.xxx.0 is the class c you wish to break into 16 peices.
you should have your "netmask" be what is correct for what your ethernet
port/network is configed to.

2. you'll need to add routes for the subnets.

Command> add route xxx.xxx.xxx.16 yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy

now anyone who gets into the portmaster with the static ip of
yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy will get the subnet xxx.xxx.xxx.16 routed to them. I also
had to do the same thing ( add a route ) to the cisco router on my network.
hence when you ping xxx.xxx.xxx.17-30, it goes to the cisco ( our default
route), then to the portmaster, then out to the client, through this
routing device to whatever.

can/should someone add this to the FAQ ?
