We don't, but if she is using a script to negotiate username and password
and then tries to use PAP on top of that - it will fail. We do one or the
other. Maybe that is her problem.

Well, you're seeing one ACK from Radius in what you mailed. Now that I've
had more time to think about it, the PM will probably never send another
since it is smart enough to know they did security once so it will not
do it again.
