Actually, as the web site grows more people are learning to look there first.
(Yes, it is lacking in some areas, it will always be a work in progress.)
There are only a few questions we get a lot in email - most of those will
be handled by the new manuals. (Modem table, netmasks, filters, etc) For
those we have files we send in reply.
