Customers will always complain about tech support, especially if they
see "low priority" mail being answered in a public forum. A fast growing
company will always be behind the curve on tech support. And so the
world turns. To argue about it on this list is about as much use as
having a big old O.J. Verdict Debate.
I'm only mailing this because if I were owner-portmaster-users,
I'd be seriously thinking about making it a moderated list and start
sanitizing mail (both ways). I don't want to see that happen.
