PS - before someone asks about it, you'll notice I tend to reply to list
mail in the morning first thing. It is my warm up exercise basically,
instead of large caffeine intake I shake off the cobwebs and get into a
working mindset by doing the list first. It makes me more efficient when
I tackle the support queue.
