You can't do it without pminstall/pmconsole. If you do not have any supported
OS at your site, the only other option is for us to do the upgrade for you
from out offices. Obviously we need to be able to reach the machine to do
so.

BSDI isn't in beta yet. Linux is, but I don't know if they are still taking
people. If you haven't, mail support with BETA LINUX REQUEST. If you have
and didn't get a reply, it is probably because the person running it is very,
very busy.
