We have completed sending all of the registered 56K modem upgrades to our
North American customers. The only customers left to ship modems too are
those that we still have not been able to get a response from, or have not
been able to contact regarding the number of modems that they need to have
replaced. If you have not received your modem upgrades please contact our
sales department at sales@livingston.com
